Formerly called the Manila Evangelistic Center, the Manila Center Adventist Church (MCAC) was built in 1960 under the leadership of Pastor Richard C. Williams. Built strategically at the corner of D. Tuazon Street and Quezon Avenue, the building proved to be a gift from God, as it was built from the generous giving of 13th Sabbath Offerings and donations from brethren.
The Manila Center Adventist Church occupies an area of 1,951.3 square meters. Its infrastructure is composed of an air-conditioned church building with a baptistery on the first floor, and at the basement, an elementary school that has been in existence since 1964. The church also provides shelter and office space for the pastoral staff and volunteer workers. The compound houses a parking lot, a school canteen , a dining area that can be converted to a multi-purpose hall, and clean comfort rooms.
After Pastor Williams, the Church has been blessed by a number of pastors who proved
loyal to the service of God. Among these great men and women are:

The church now is a refuge to about one thousand one hundred (1,100) Adventists,
a proof that it has grown from the forty-two (42) pioneering church members
who filled the pews of the early church.
